• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Worn or used clothing
• Items damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or product changes depending on stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Refund Timeframes

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide proof (photos/videos)
• We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
