Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale explain how purchases are made on Ghost Clothing and form a legal agreement between the customer and the brand.

1. Agreement

By placing an order on Ghost Clothing, you agree to these Terms of Sale as well as our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely via PayFast.

4. Product Availability

We aim to keep stock updated, but availability is not guaranteed. If unavailable, customers will be refunded or offered alternatives.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

7. Ownership

Ownership passes to the customer once payment is received and goods are dispatched.
