Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale explain how purchases are made on Ghost Clothing and form a legal agreement between the customer and the brand.

1. Agreement

By placing an order on Ghost Clothing, you agree to these Terms of Sale as well as our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via PayFast or other approved payment gateways.

4. Product Availability

We aim to keep all products in stock, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be notified and refunded or offered an alternative.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier service. Ghost Clothing is not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Returns Policy.

7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received and the product has been delivered to the courier.
